Warranty Coverage

• This warranty covers labor and workmanship errors encountered under normal use and conditions.


• Under this warranty, Venture Fence will repair or replace, at its discretion, any parts of the fence that prove to be defective due to improper workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

• This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, theft, vandalism, acts of nature, or alterations made by anyone other than Venture Fence.


• This warranty excludes incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience, or damage to property.


• Normal wear and tear, weathering, and damage caused by environmental factors are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claims

• Claims under this warranty must be made in writing and submitted to Venture Fence upon discovery of the defect. Venture Fence reserves the right to inspect the fence and verify the claim.


• All repairs or replacements under this warranty will be performed within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days of claim approval.

Warranty Transferability

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
